We help you do more with your data

You’re probably collecting useful information already – contact lists, donor records, customer emails, sales histories, website traffic. But is it helping your organization? We help you organize that data, understand it, and put it to work.

Most small businesses and nonprofits are sitting on years of data, scattered across spreadsheets, email folders, and notebooks. Before any of it can be useful, it needs to be organized.

We’ll audit what you have, figure out what’s worth keeping, remove duplicates and errors, and move everything into a single system you can actually use.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• Audit of your current data sources
• Duplicate and error removal
• Standardization (consistent formatting, naming, field values)
• Import into your chosen platform
• Documentation of what was done and why

A CRM — short for customer relationship management software — is basically a smart address book. It’s a tool for keeping track of your clients, donors, or leads: who they are, when you last talked, what they bought or gave, and what they might need next.

We’ll help you pick the right CRM for your organization, get your existing contacts moved in and organized, and set things up so your team can use it effectively.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• CRM selection advice
• Data import and cleanup
• Initial configuration and customization
• Training for you and your team
• 30 days of follow-up support

Data is only useful if you can read it. We build simple, visual reports and dashboards that show you the numbers that matter — donor retention, sales trends, email performance, whatever is most useful to you.

No statistics degree required. We design these so anyone on your team can understand.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• Discovery conversation to understand what decisions you’re trying to make
• Report and dashboard design inside your existing platform
• Walkthrough training with your team
• Documentation

Email is still one of the most effective ways to stay in touch with customers and donors, but only if your list is organized and your messages are worth reading.

We’ll help you get set up on a professional email platform, build your first list, and create a simple process for sending regular updates without it taking over your week.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• Platform selection and setup
• List import and organization
• Email template design
• Guidance for your first campaign
• Training so you can manage it yourself going forward

How we work

STEP 1 — We talk.

A free 30-minute consultation where we ask questions and listen. We want to understand how your organization actually works before we suggest anything. There’s no pitch. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you.

STEP 2 — We take a look at what you have.

Before recommending tools or making a plan, we review your current setup: what systems you’re using, where the data lives, what’s working and what isn’t. We’ll give you a clear picture of what we found and what we’d recommend.

STEP 3 — We do the work (together).

Setup, migration, design, training — whatever the project calls for. We keep you in the loop and explain what we’re doing as we go, so you’re not left with a system you don’t understand.

STEP 4 — We hand it off to you.

You should be able to run your systems without us. We provide documentation and training so your team can handle day-to-day use. If you want ongoing support, we’re available for that too — but we don’t build in dependence.

Working with a nonprofit? We get it.

Nonprofits have different problems than small businesses. Donor retention, grant tracking, volunteer management, tight budgets, and limited staff time — we know the territory.

We work with the platforms that are built for (or heavily discounted for) nonprofits, including Bloomerang, Salesforce NPSP, and Little Green Light. And we won’t recommend a $500/month platform to an organization with a $30,000 annual budget.

It's your data - put it to work!

Most organizations we work with aren’t starting from zero — they’re starting from a mess. That’s fine. That’s actually where we do our best work.
